These terms are between you and LYRIQ HEALTHCARE LTD for use of Harbor. Version 22 September 2026.
What Harbor is
Harbor is a wellbeing app: practices, a quiet listener, and an optional paid message thread with the Harbor team. It is not therapy, counselling, diagnosis, or emergency care. It does not treat anxiety or any other condition. If you are in immediate danger, call 999. Samaritans are on 116 123, any time.
Who can join
You must be 18 or over. Harbor is not for children.
Membership
Practices and the listener are free. Talk is £9 a month, billed by Stripe, renewing until you cancel. You can cancel from Billing on the Talk page. Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not delete messages you already sent — use Delete my Talk messages for that. The team replies during the hours shown on Talk. If the desk is away, your message waits. That is not a promise of a clinician, or of a reply within a set number of minutes.
Your part
Don’t use Harbor to harm yourself or anyone else, and don’t ask the team for medical advice. The listener is software. Replies from the team are human, and still not therapy.
